LCM started out as a consulting service to various interests, one being the Region of Peel for some of their seniors facilities and to Peel Non-profit Housing.

LCM evolved into Project Management and Contracts Management services to a number of clients in the GTA and in Europe, concentrating on Construction Management engagements.

Through the 2000's the concentration of our work has been to developers and owners for retirement homes, non-profit housing and the P3 sector. We also work with other Project Management and Development Consulting firms to provide expertise and project support.
