We are a full service project management company. This means we will take your project from the very beginning stages of site due diligence, through construction to a year after completion for a smooth transition to operations. We specialize in working with clients that have limited experience in development and construction. We effectively become the glue between the people involved, where we enable efficient information flows and seek the best outcomes.

We work with the Owners Architect and the rest of the design team, or we procure the necessary professionals, including sub-consultants. We initiate and manage early site development due diligence such as procuring geotechnical and site servicing studies and arranging the permit application process etc. We organize and prepare the early tendering processes whether it be for procurement of General Contractors or Construction Managers dependent on the contract type. Throughout the process, the Ownership group is kept up to date with our monthly budget and status reporting. 

We manage the construction process with all its intricacies between the Owner, Design Team, General Contractor, City staff, financing entities and trades. Risk assessment and management are an integral part of this phase of work in order that early signs of challenges ahead can be documented and managed. Our Clients receive detailed monthly reporting on all aspects of the project and we use our 30+ years of experience in the industry to guide them through each milestone of the project.

Approximately six months before the completion of construction, we begin the Transition and Turnover process and meet regularly with the operations team to ensure they are prepared to accept and operate the building. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition into operations so that there are no surprises.

After the construction and turnover/transition process is complete, we stay involved with the Client for a year afterwards, to review and manage the warranty processes and conduct any troubleshooting as may be necessary.
